Frequently asked questions
The cost depends on the model and settings, including quality, resolution and duration. Check the exact credit quote before submitting. Images and videos draw from the same balance.
Choose a pack or a custom amount from $10 to $150 in $10 steps. Each $10 buys 1,000 base credits. Purchases from 5,000 base credits include a 5% bonus; from 10,000 include 10%. All purchased credits are granted after payment confirmation. There is no recurring charge.
Purchased credits do not expire. There is no subscription, monthly reset or recurring charge.
A confirmed technical generation failure returns the task credits. Disliking a completed result does not automatically qualify for a refund. For a first purchase, request a purchase refund within 7 days if no more than 10% of that purchase’s credits have been used. Billing errors and non-delivery are reviewed under the Refund Policy.
No. Every generation uses the cost shown before submission. Packs provide a credit balance, not unlimited generation.
No. Unlocking gives you the complete version of the same result you previewed. You can unlock one video or choose credits to keep creating.
